Congratulations to the catalyst grant recipients in the Moving Upstream: Structural Determinants of Health funding opportunity
IHDCYH is pleased to support four teams through the Moving Upstream funding opportunity, led by the Institute of Population and Public Health (IPPH), in partnership with the Institute of Aging (IA), the Institute of Infection and Immunity (III), the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), the Institute of Health Services and Policy Research (IHSPR), the Institute of Gender and Health (IGH), the Institute of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Addiction (INMHA), the CIHR HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted and Blood-Borne Infections (STBBI) Research Initiative, the Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR), and the Institute of Indigenous Peoples’ Health (IIPH).

- Karen V Milligan, Toronto Metropolitan University - Moving from equality to equity: Addressing social and structural determinants of health improve the cross-sectoral transition from pediatric to adult services for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities
