The RE(ACT) Congress – International Congress on Research of Rare and Orphan Diseases – was initiated in 2012 by the BLACKSWAN Foundation. The Congress aims to bring together scientific leaders, experts, and young scientists from a variety of fields to present cutting-edge research and exchange ideas.
